Now in print, too.
So my new Meatist column went live today, about cheap meats (specifically cube steaks and pot roast). You can read it at the New Times Food Blog, here.
And those of you that live down hear and like the feel of actual paper in your actual hands, you can now (ocassionally) read my Meatist columns in print. The last two weeks have been published in the Broward Palm Beach New Times, available wherever fine alt-weeklies are provided.

yeah…..baby…..
I prefer ink-less hands, thankyouverymuch.
I like physical things. I like books, I like paper, I don’t like computer screens so much. Which sucks considering the time I spend in front of them, and is particularly odd because I just used my American Express points to order one of these bitchin’ toys: Barnes & Noble Nook.
I got the email notifications for the Nook…I’ve not looked into yet. How does it differ from the Kindle?
Ooh – it’s way cooler in my opinion – sharing, dual screen, supports ePub and pdf natively….prices on books sometimes slightly higher at BN though – I’m actually going to do a write up on why the Nook is going to put the screws to the Kindle (and help kill the Sony products) for Technorati, which I’ll then post to BITF.
‘K…I’ll wait to read your whole write-up and see if I can understand the tech talk.
