Like Razzles (both a candy and a gum) the phrase “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” now serves double duty. More than just a discriminatory policy, it’s also apparently the answer to the question of when, exactly, it will be chucked.

Can’t we elect a President with chops in both?
What is it about this nation’s highest office? Why do we keep getting Presidents that seem to have problems (albeit to varying degrees) with the English language? No matter how smart these guys are, every one of them seems to struggle with simple grammar and vocabulary.

A Moment Of Glory

My campaign gains legs.
I picked my son up at aftercare this afternoon, and had the following conversation with the woman at the pickup area:
Woman: “Was that you I saw in the paper?”
Me: “Was I in handcuffs? Or was I running for office?”
Woman: “Running for office”
Me: “Yes”
