The dog Brian repersents exactly whats on Seth's mind. It's sad because I really enjoyed the show. But over time, it strayed away from popular culture to become an all-purpose punching bag for anything sacred. The Meg episode where he depicted Christians as a bunch of book- burning technophobes, with the shot of Stephen Hawking's "A Brief History of Time," being thrown into the bonfire, was the stupidest thing I've seen on a television show. What I'd really like to see on t.v. is expression Seth Macfarlane's face when he's confronted by one of the thousands of people he has offended, just to make a buck. Seth Macfarlane is now a figurehead of hollywood elitism, and a cornerstone of the lambstream media. Either he needs to change the way he does business, or he's going to be the victim of his own hubris. When it does happen,...that will be entertainment! I boycotted the show more than a year ago.
